The Role - Team Administrator
Working in a small team this new role will be busy and varied. Joining the company in its post land development, continuation of new builds and beginning of added value phase means that a proactive and motivated employee has the opportunity to expand the role and grow with the project over time. Suited to someone with initiative, good communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges and new ideas. Ideally you would have experience in the workforce, a good foundation of IT knowledge and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. This is a pivotal role in the team - helping to keep day-to-day functions running and the project on the move.

- Research on local market sales & developments

Utilities Business
- First point of contract
- Management of connection applications
- Collating reporting
General duties
- First point of contact
- Office systems
- document management
- electronic filing etc
- Invoice tracking
- Meeting set up & pack down
- Site Office management and suppliers
- Assisting with Health and Safety development and implementation
