We're on the hunt for a self starter. You'll be able to perform the following office tasks with a positive attitude and ability;
- Handling our external or internal communications to clients, employees and partners.
- Mainating and improving our CRM systems including data entry. Experience with Bullhorn, Broadbean and Invoxy an asset but not neccessary.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings including management itineraries.
- Coordination and implementation of office procedures and taking responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
- AP/AR accounts experience an advantage but not neccessary.
