We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Project Administrator to support and work alongside our busy Project Manager.
This is a fast-paced and varied role and would suit someone who has previously worked in a similar role for at least 2 years. Based in Auckland CBD, just a stroll from Queens Street, this is a fixed-term role until the end of 2020.
Ideally, candidates would have previous experience in plumbing or electrical construction projects with experience or exposure to the following tasks
- Project site office setup
- Document control
- Project scheduling
- Human resources
- Project finance
- Contract administration
- Quality assurance management
- General project/site administration
Candidates with a proven history of having used the following software would be favourable
- Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Pronto
- Adobe InDesign & Pro
- Primavera P6
- Autodesk Revit
